What It Is
Fleeker is a social application currently in beta. The concept: get "flick'd" — receive a digital flick from someone — and collect it on-chain. The app lives at app.fleeker.fun.
The Concept
Fleeker introduces "flicks" as a social primitive. When someone sends you a flick, you can collect it — turning a social interaction into an on-chain collectible. It's a lightweight, fun take on social tokens and digital gifting.
Current Status
Fleeker is in beta. The main site at fleeker.fun shows a coming soon page with the tagline "Something amazing is taking flight." The beta app is live at app.fleeker.fun. Issues can be reported directly to @metasal on Telegram.
Why This Direction
Social interactions on Solana are still being invented. Clawbook showed me there's appetite for onchain social primitives. Fleeker takes a different angle — instead of bot profiles and posts, it's about lightweight social signals between humans. A flick is something between a like and a gift.
